Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
No two people experience life's challenges in exactly the same way, which is why therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. At Integrated Healing Solutions, we provide personalized, evidence-based therapy designed to meet you where you are and support you in getting where you want to be.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, or feelings of overwhelm, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain perspective, and develop practical strategies for navigating life's complexities.
Our approach combines genuine human connection with evidence-based practices. We believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to explore challenges, and empowered enough to take steps toward growth. Together, we'll identify patterns, build on strengths, develop coping skills, and work toward goals that feel realistic and meaningful for your life.
Therapy is not about having all the answersโit's about having a place to explore the questions, challenges, and possibilities that matter most to you.
Therapy Services Provided
Integrated Healing Solutions, LLC is considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for all insurances and may be reimbursed under your out-of-network benefits. You may be eligible to file for reimbursement for individual/family therapy directly through your insurance company once your deductible has been met for the year. In the event insurance does not cover the sessions, you will be responsible for the full fee.
Individual Therapy
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're managing anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, or simply trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life. Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore what you're experiencing, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable.
Individual therapy may help with:
Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
ADHD and executive functioning challenges
Depression and mood-related concerns
Self-esteem and confidence
Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
Life transitions and adjustment challenges
Grief and loss
LGBTQIA+ related experiences and identity exploration
Goal setting, accountability, and personal growth
Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Some clients benefit from short-term, solution-focused support, while others prefer longer-term work that allows for deeper exploration and growth.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of support in our livesโbut they can also be challenging. Couples therapy provides a space to slow down, improve communication, better understand one another, and work through the issues that may be creating distance or conflict.
Whether you're navigating a specific concern or simply looking to strengthen your relationship, therapy can help you build healthier patterns and deepen connection.
Common areas of focus include:
Communication and conflict resolution
Rebuilding trust and repairing relationship wounds
Emotional connection and intimacy
Life transitions and changing roles
Parenting and family-related stressors
Premarital counseling and relationship preparation
Managing recurring disagreements and misunderstandings
My role is not to take sides, but to help both partners feel heard, understood, and equipped with tools to move forward together.
Family Therapy
Families are complex, and when one member is struggling, the effects are often felt throughout the entire family system. Family therapy creates a supportive environment where family members can improve communication, strengthen relationships, and work through challenges together.
Family therapy can be particularly helpful when addressing concerns involving children, adolescents, parenting challenges, family conflict, or significant life changes.
Areas of focus may include:
Parent-child communication and relationship building
Behavioral, emotional, or school-related concerns
Family conflict and recurring challenges
Major life transitions and adjustments
Clarifying roles, expectations, and boundaries
Strengthening family connection and support
Rather than focusing on blame, family therapy aims to help family members better understand one another and create healthier patterns of interaction that support the well-being of everyone involved.
Financial Considerations: We are committed to making therapy as accessible as possible. Reduced-fee options for financial hardship and assistance with out-of-network therapy costs may be available on a case-by-case basis.
