Transforming Mental Health Care Through Compassionate, Personalized Support
Integrated Healing Solutions is a psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families. We support clients in navigating life’s challenges, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change.
In addition to therapy services, we offer professional consultation and board-approved clinical supervision for graduate-level mental health professionals seeking growth and guidance in their work.
Therapy Services Provided
Integrated Healing Solutions, LLC is considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for all insurances and may be reimbursed under your out-of-network benefits. You may be eligible to file for reimbursement for individual/family therapy directly through your insurance company once your deductible has been met for the year. In the event insurance does not cover the sessions, you will be responsible for the full fee.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive and confidential setting. Together, we identify patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build insight that leads to meaningful change.
Sessions may include:
Identifying triggers and emotional patterns
Developing coping skills for anxiety, stress, or mood concerns
Strengthening self-esteem and confidence
Improving executive functioning and organization skills
Processing life transitions, grief, or trauma
Setting realistic goals and building accountability
Therapy is collaborative and paced according to your needs. Some clients benefit from short-term, solution-focused work, while others engage in longer-term support for deeper growth.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy focuses on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. Sessions provide a neutral space where both partners feel heard and supported.
In couples work, we may focus on:
Communication patterns and conflict resolution
Emotional safety and attachment needs
Navigating major life transitions
Rebuilding trust after conflict or betrayal
Premarital counseling (non-religious based)
The goal is not to “take sides,” but to foster understanding, clarity, and healthier relational patterns.
Family Therapy
Family therapy brings family members together to improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships. This approach is especially helpful when supporting adolescents, parenting challenges, or major transitions.
Sessions may include:
Improving parent-child communication
Addressing behavioral or school concerns
Supporting families through transitions
Clarifying roles and expectations
Building healthier interaction patterns
Family therapy focuses on strengthening the system as a whole, not placing blame on one individual.
*Please note that discounts for financial hardship and covering out-of-network costs are considered on a case by case basis
Clinical Consultation for Therapists
I provide professional consultation for licensed therapists seeking support, collaboration, and clinical insight. Consultation offers a space to thoughtfully explore complex cases, strengthen conceptualization skills, and expand evidence-based interventions.
This service is ideal for clinicians who:
Want support navigating challenging cases
Are working with high-acuity clients
Need guidance with treatment planning
Want to strengthen confidence in specific modalities (CBT, ERP, ADHD, etc.)
Value ethical reflection and professional growth
Consultation is collaborative and practical. My goal is not to evaluate, but to support your growth, clarity, and confidence in your clinical work.
Sessions are available virtually and can be scheduled individually or ongoing.
Clinical Supervision for Licensed Graduate (LG) Clinicians
As a Board-Approved Supervisor, I provide clinical supervision for Licensed Graduate (LG) counselors working toward full licensure. Supervision is a structured, supportive space designed to foster professional identity development, ethical practice, and clinical competence.
Supervision focuses on:
Case conceptualization and treatment planning
Ethical decision-making and documentation
Skill development across therapeutic modalities
Professional boundaries and self-awareness
Building confidence in clinical judgment
My supervision style is collaborative, direct, and growth-oriented. I strive to create an environment where emerging clinicians feel supported while also challenged to deepen their skills and professional insight.
